The owners of this beautiful 90’s Cooper Mountain home were a referral from a happy kitchen remodel client. These busy working clients were very specific about what they wanted as far as the layout and function of the kitchen. Our client was a blast to work with and open to creative ideas, allowing us to find the best solution for the remodel. Our designer put together a floor plan that met all of their needs and wants. The end result was a gorgeous kitchen full of classic materials.
Incorporating a large island into the kitchen remodel was a challenge because of the adjacent angled wall. Our designer came up with the solution of a beautiful, custom built-in pantry that made the best use of the angled wall, complete with a wall mounted TV. By cutting the island in on both sides, we were able to place a ton of seating around it for entertaining. Generous aisle ways and ample storage are a must in all of our designs and this kitchen is no different. Extra outlets under the island offer convenient power to electronics, an idea from our client!
Our design team really wanted to make a statement in the kitchen with an an incredible custom wood hood that turned out even better than imagined. The beautiful marble mosaic back-splash is framed perfectly by the hood columns, creating a stunning focal point. We searched all around town and found a gorgeous slab of Calcutta marble for the island, the perfect contrast to the gorgeous gray base cabinets. A white perimeter, gray quartz countertops, and marble subway compliment this classic, traditional kitchen.
After 8 weeks of construction, we had completed the kitchen remodel. The traffic flow in the aisle ways are generous and there is ample storage throughout the kitchen. The extra outlets under the island offer convenient power for electronics, which was an idea from the homeowner. The gorgeous finishes and light pendants make a noticeable statement.
